Hello everyone,
I am new to the Oxygen Forensic platform and currently using Oxygen Forensic Detective v17.1. I am working on a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro Max (Qualcomm SM7150 / Snapdragon 720G) with the goal of recovering data and the device password.
My workflow so far:

Open Oxygen Forensic Detective
- Put device into the EDL Mode

Select Extract device data

Choose the device from the list (Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro Max)

The tool asks for Qualcomm keys / Qualcomm EDL, which I have provided
However, when I attempt Physical Image Extraction, the software asks me to select a Firehose file for the device, which I do not have.
Could someone please guide me on:

Where to obtain the correct Firehose file for this device, or
-
An alternative supported extraction method in this situation?
Any help would be appreciated, I am looking to get the password of the device.
