Is anyone aware of any published standards regarding the capturing, archiving etc of criminal evidence from the internet. I know the that ACPO Guide has some basic references but I am looking for something more detailed.
90% sure there is nothing out there but worth a try,

Not sure if this is exactly what you are after, but there is a rather handy paper focussing on interrogation, capture etc. located
