Got a phone that is in Ultra Power Saving Mode and as such the USB can be used for charging only. Phone has a lock code (unknown to us) and it seems turning off Ultra Power Saving Mode requires entering the password. Any ideas on how I can go about disabling it without the lock code?

Boot into download mode and check if FRP or Reactivation Lock are ON or OFF.
Does is look like secure startup is on?

I don't believe it had FRP on.
