This all looks good but is not scalable. We have to equip all of our corps (>100 people, but no indicator of real number) with a portable, mobile solution to immediately act - UltraFast - in case of an event.

Size is limited to fit on a belt - which BTW is already overloaded with gun, gloves, handcuffs and a Swiss Army Knife -) and duty mobile (iOS), radio.

This we search and therefore Slingshot, projectiles and Training.

Our goal UltraFast and on the front everybody able to act and enforce.

We actually run a test of 3 slingshot DIY models against drones as an UltraFast Drone Shutdown UDS is required.

Ultrafast? Hmm… i remember a youtube video from the dutch police using an Eagle to defend against drones. They are able to catch drones, as you can see here
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jY9QNf0sCFI

Did you make any tests with shotshells? You can use lead bullets with a very small diameter, lets say 1mm. Or you take rubber instead of lead. There are some companys who produce 12/70 or 12/76 shotshells with rubber balls to expel animals without killing them. But any drone in a height of more than 40-50 Meters will not be destroyed, i guess.

regards,
Robin

I could however guarantee you that no[1] slingshot will ever be able to actually hit a drone (or other small object, additionally possibly moving) at 40-50 meters away.

I would put a limit to the practical hitting with a slingshot of a target at 30 meters (or 100') at the very most, and using a "proper" projectile - please read as steel or lead ball - and this for static targets.

The whole point of using a shotgun (or similar) is to be able to use birdshot or buckshot (with a largish spread), if it was so easy (and safe BTW) to hit a flying drone with a single bullet, the good Swiss LE could use their pistols just fine.

[1] bar maybe special slingshots in the hands of a world champion in a very lucky day

Excellent.
Now you have only to scale up the belt (and the policeman).

Our outdoor test failed at a 6-rotor drone but succeeded on a 4-rotor drone. Will now test with new projectiles for an extended test period.

We got informed by a partner org about a project of eagle's nest distributed over a city district P.R.C. with preloaded CounterDrone Drones CDDs which get directed by officers submitting drone positions by a VR-glass system. The CDDs have the know system of web throwing.

Does anybody also heard of this in detail?
