Urgent request re Smartcall Voice-Net
A client of mine needs to forensically extract the last 12 months of phone calls of one of their members of staff from their Smartcall Voice-Net system.
Their office is in central London and this needs to be done before next Wednesday 12th May.

As you know telecommunications and mobile is my background. I have dealt with voice recordings from banks, finance institutions and brokers previously.
Any chance of knowing whether this is voice or digital recording, on trunk side or extension side recording, what is the rack HDD size (if any), how many agents to sift through, what back-up (DVD Ram etc?), any tailed off to NAS and hotdesk use etc?
Just to add I cannot assist for the 12th May though.
