I have heard from a few PI's and FI's that the KeyPhantom USB Forensics keylogger was a good choice. Also for PS2 connections the KeyKatcher has been used successfully to document keystrokes. Both are available at

It never ceases to amaze me how expensive these devices are,
when they are so ridiculously cheap and easy to make.
