uTorrent Statistics in a file

Good afternoon,

I currently have a Windows Vista machine in and I'm looking to find the total uploaded torrents from uTorrent, either from all torrents in history or from an individual file, at this point I'd be happy with either.
The details I'm looking for can be seen in this image.

I am viewing the resume.dat file as I have read somewhere that this contains most of the details but to know prevail. I have also read that the indicator flag for the statistic begins with 'tu' standing for total uploaded.

Anyone got any ideas?

If you have access to EnCase, the BitTorrent Bencode Viewer Plugin EnScript can be used
