how do you capture someone’s twitter feed without their username or password?

I follow them daily but my question is how I do capture the site in a text format and covert it into html?

Ah, there are Perl interfaces to Twitter - I've just re-instated some blogs that I took down a while back at http//thinkingsec.wordpress.com/ about it … I'm sure that you can work from there 😉
