I ordered this on Amazon. Although the release date on the site has passed it is still down as a pre-order.

I too have this on order and a few weeks ago received an e-mail from Amazon saying that it would be delayed. I'm still waiting. Surely it doesn't take that long to translate it from American… wink

Sorry, guys…I'm told that the book sold 1200+ copies in the first month, and I'm told that's really good. The problem may need that they need to print more…

As an owner of the 1st Edition (which is great), am I missing out on much by not having the 2nd Edition?
