I am looking for suitable method with which I will safety wipe and erase Android phone on Ubuntu.

All the apps out there don't really wipe your phone. They just active the wipe feature built-in to Android. I would start there before you look outside of that. Alternatively I make it a practice to use cell phones that need to be wiped for target practice.

So what you advising me? What is smart to do before selling mobile phone? To be sure that no one will access my data.

Well you didn't specify so I gave you a couple options. The factory reset function in the phone will work fine. Do it a few times if you feel it's necessary and off you go.
