Hi I'm Zoey, i am attached with the organization that is currently in a state of dilemma; a staff in a prosecution of court with multiple misconducts in digital forensics evidence has been put under my responsiblity for the investigation. As there is no rules and policy yet no experience, i seeking for your help on this matter.

I think before anyone can give any useful advice, the legal jurisdiction (US, UK, European etc) you are under would help.
