we need to trace the MAC address or the source of photo uploaded on Facebook for forensics' purposes.
MAC addresses are layer 2 routing within a local network, they do not appear in layer 3 Internet Protocol at all.
There is no such thing as a MAC address associated with an upload unless you're already inside the target's local network, in which case you would likely have no need to ask such a question.
