Hi,
we need to trace the MAC address or the source of photo uploaded on Facebook for forensics' purposes.

I have worked on Facebook URLs along time ago. Here is a little help, it may help you. I will answer to it after sometime briefly.
- https://scontent-lhr8-2.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/ : scontent: either refers to source content or static content , fbcdn is Facebook Content Distribution Network or Facebook Caching Data Network
- 123456789_2468102468_35913611476_n.jpg? is the name of image when you save it from Facebook
- _nc_cat=101&ccb=3&_nc_sid=8bfeb9&_nc_ohc=gCSyPAqKcXYZG8JnbzY&_nc_ht=scontent-lhr8-2.xx&oh=78aa652b9cfc6c1xx33a1d157898f31d&oe=354B8327 :
- oh refers to Object Header and oe refers to Object End
