I need help auditing and reconciling a Fiduciary Accounting submitted by the Trustee of a Testamentary Trust. I am the beneficiary. Most importantly, I need the help of a QUICKEN FORENSIC EXPERT that can examine the Quicken file from which the Fiduciary Acctg was generated, and also look at a couple of other Quicken files created by the Trustee in previous years. The files contain all banking transactions & account information, including the stock portfolio. I also have the official bank statements, stock statements, & tax returns, which need to be reconciled with the Fiduciary Accounting, at least for the past two years, and more if time permits. The Trustee is a former CPA, auditor, attorney, and developer. I suspect that he has been diverting funds for years by making hundreds of transfers in and out of the banking & stock accounts. Unfortumnately I lack the expertice and/or training to figure it out by myself. I believe a Quicken expert will be able to easily recognize whether or not the Trustee has done things properly, and legitimately. I have a little over a month left to perform the audit. There have not been that many transactions the past couple of years, so it should not be too difficult or time consuming to analyze and reconcile.
