Investigators today face a growing challenge: too much data, too little time, and tools that often fall short of enabling fast and comprehensive review.
MSAB’s Q4 2025 Release tackles these challenges head-on with updates that deliver faster access to data, smarter ways to uncover insights, and intuitive tools that make complex analysis clear. From native GPU-powered brute-forcing in XRY Pro to on-demand data enrichment in XRY and a redesigned Conversations view in XAMN that simplifies analysis, every enhancement reflects MSAB’s commitment to helping investigators work efficiently and accurately.
MSAB Q4 2025 Release Highlights
Data Enrichment on XRY
Now more than ever, investigators need context and clarity from the start. That’s why MSAB is leveraging the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) to bring critical enhancements to XRY. These updates are designed to give investigators context and better automation from the first stages of extraction and decoding.
- Enrichment on Demand: Data can be enriched exactly where it’s needed, which reduces processing load and delivers relevant results without unnecessary delays.
- Language Detection, now at Decoding Phase: Know what you’re dealing with right away. XRY now identifies dominant languages during decoding, so investigators can prepare for analysis immediately.
- Enhanced Speech-to-Text: Turn audio into accurate transcripts without extra hardware. NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel GPUs are supported, so no additional hardware is required. This makes reviewing voice evidence easier and accessible for any case.
Native GPU Brute-forcing on XRY Pro
Leveraging GPUs for password recovery traditionally requires dedicated servers or external rigs, resources most investigators don’t have. Yet many already have powerful GPUs in their own workstations. With Native GPU Brute-Forcing, XRY Pro taps into that power for faster password recovery. No extra hardware. No complex setups.
NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel GPUs are supported. This feature is in its early phase and is only available to customers with XRY Pro and BruteStorm Surge licenses.
Conversations 2.0 on XAMN Pro
Piecing together conversations with multiple people and across multiple apps has always been a challenge. The new Conversations view in XAMN Pro changes that.
The new “Participant Mode” groups chats and calls between the same individuals into one conversation, no matter the app. This gives investigators a complete picture of interactions, making it easier to spot patterns, understand relationships, and present a compelling narrative in court.
MSAB’s mission with the Q4 2025 Release is to make investigations more intuitive and simpler. Alongside these powerful updates, MSAB introduces usability improvements across its suite that are designed to save time and reduce complexity, whether you work within MSAB or alongside other tools.
