Agent Management Center Updates
macOS Support
Users can now install the Agent Management Center on macOS 14+ (Intel and Apple Silicon). This version provides full task management, monitoring, and configuration support.
Administrative API for Server Management
An Nginx-based API now enables administrative actions such as managing endpoints and tasks-without using the AMC interface. Available via HTTPS for secure external access.
Microsoft Teams Webhook Integration
Receive real-time server event notifications directly in any Microsoft Teams channel. Configure event types individually to keep your team informed instantly.
Resource & Bandwidth Throttling
Control how much bandwidth and system resources desktop agents can consume. Ideal for minimizing system impact or enabling covert collections.
Remote Device Collector Updates
Local Storage Option
Data collected via RDC can now be stored locally on the remote endpoint, with only the task log uploaded to the server. This is configurable per task by the RDC operator.
Enhanced Audit Trail
RDC operators can now be required to complete case metadata before starting a collection. This metadata appears automatically in Oxygen Remote Explorer after import.
iOS Remote Collection Updates
Remote WhatsApp & WhatsApp Business Chats
Collect WhatsApp chats from iOS devices via a guided user-initiated export. The Remote iOS Agent prompts the device user to manually export selected chats, which are then securely transferred for analysis. Configure date restrictions and optionally include attachments.
Apple Health Data Collection
Acquire health metrics such as daily activity, sleep, and vital statistics via Remote iOS Agent with configurable time ranges.
Wireless / Network Data Collection
Collect active Wi-Fi information, network interfaces, and Bluetooth device data directly from iOS devices.
Android Remote Collection Updates
File Triage with Rules & Hash Matching
Run targeted triage on Android via the Remote Android Agent without full collection. Use filters based on name, path, size, content, or hashes. Export results directly from the Agent Management Center.
