Position Description

BlackBag Technologies, a leading data forensics company, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our growing customer base. You will be responsible for executing on new inbound sales opportunities for our digital forensic software products. Candidates should feel comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial environment.Qualifications
– You possess 3+ years’ experience in an inside sales or account manager role.
– You have a strong analytic mind.
– You are a communication guru, both verbally and using the written word.

Responsibilities
– Manage the customer life cycle.
– Maintain contract revenue base and retention rate.
– Identify upsell opportunities within the current customer base.
– Maintain complete and accurate records of all sales activities in our sales CRM system.
– Assist with projects focused on improving systems and processes to increase efficiencies.
– Conduct ongoing customer needs analysis.
