An exclusive opportunity has arisen to work for a leading Digital Forensic service provider in the UK. Our typical assignments are generally low volume / high value civil disputes (IPR, Trade secrets, Corporate Theft). However, we do offer the full range which includes fraud, criminal forensics and cell site analysis. We are looking to engage a commercially astute, professional engineer and expert to head up our Digital forensics and support our eDisclosure operations.
You will be involved with a small but dynamic team in the full lifecycle of each case from the initial enquiry, through the preparation of the quote, to the securing of the work and the execution of that work. Experience of CPR Part 35 and CrPR Part 33 is desirable. You will be producing expert reports and attending Court to give oral evidence and to be cross-examined. Training in Court Room skills will be provided if required.
