Nuix is experiencing phenomenal international growth with no sign of abating. As a result, we require an outstanding Technical Support Engineer to provide first level support for wide range of products offered by Nuix.
The key areas of responsibility will include
● Provide high quality technical support to Nuix customers and ensure that all Nuix clients’ technical outcomes are being met
● Respond to technical support tickets as well as direct customer calls providing first level support
● Triage all issues and, if escalation is required, ensure that all relevant information has been collected and evaluated to ensure rapid resolution
● Assist with Nuix’s current Quality Assurance program to including testing, test writing and use case modelling
● Assist with improving Nuix online documentation
● Develop in-depth expertise in select areas of Nuix related technical knowledge
