Hi

I am a complete newbie. I have a problem with my CHFI CDs which I got from EC-Council. I couldn't find both drivespy.ini and image.ini files. Anyone can tell me where I can download these files?

Thanks.

Just out of curiousity, if these files are needed, have you considered contacting the folks you got the CD from?

DigitalIntel's software is not free!!

The drivespy.ini and image.ini files are sent to you after you purchase the software!

Thanks for the replies.

keydet89: Yeah, I've contacted them and they said that it's just an evaluation copy and doesn't contain workable software.

packys: I know that it's not free, but I thought since I was provided with all the manuals containing guidelines on how to use the tools, it must be a workable software, or else they should've put some kinda note that the CDs won't work accordingly to the guidelines. What’s the point of an evaluation if the product even fails to start?

I was able to get a 120 day evaluation copy. Digital Intel sent me the .ini files.

They gave me a registration code to request for a 120 day evaluation licence for the tools.

Where would I be able to get one of these 120-day trials. I went to DriveSpy's website, but could find a location to download it. I need it for a college class. Please Help!

Actually my eval copy came with a text book. I registered and DriveSpy sent me the required .ini and .hlp files via e-mail.

Rico76 If you bought the course pack from EC-Council, then mail them and request for the eval registration key. They should be able to help you out.
Here's their email addy info@eccouncil.org
