Car number plate unblur

Is anyone able to help unblur the plate of this car involved in a hit-and-run yesterday evening?

Looks like a Ford Cmax and given the location of the incident I think the first two characters are likely to pertain to Cardiff - probably CF.

I think the car is relatively new, so the year number is likely to start with a 6 -- 62, 68, etc.
