Greetings,

I have a HP 14 laptop (14-fq0050nr) that utilizes eMMC storage. I do not have the Windows password or pin for OS access. That leaves USB boot. I've tried the newest version of Sumuri Paladin and Windows 10 PE using the below method:

I was unable to see the internal eMMC in Paladin's disk manager, or in diskpart with the WinPE environment.

Additionally,

- Not sure if BitLocker is enabled

- I've tried every setting combination within the BIOS/UEFI

- I've allowed WinPE to attempt to mount all drives when creating the image (no luck)

If anybody has dealt with something similar or has any suggestions it would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Steven
