Microsoft eDiscovery365 Issue
Hi everyone, we are trying to export a .pst file from Microsoft eDiscovery365.
We can export the results log, but when we try to export the ".pst" we receive this error:
client error, request failed with status code 500
We already set the license as eDiscovery Manager.
What could be?
I believe you need to be a "Compliance Administrator" to export the PST files.
Have you granted the proper permissions to the account you're using? Global Admin accounts don't have those permissions by default.
