Hi everyone, we are trying to export a .pst file from Microsoft eDiscovery365.

We can export the results log, but when we try to export the ".pst" we receive this error:

client error, request failed with status code 500

We already set the license as eDiscovery Manager.
What could be?

Thanks

Are you attempting the export from Edge, and do you have the export tool correctly installed?

  1. Go to Compliance management > In-place eDiscovery & hold.
  2. In the list view, select the In-Place eDiscovery search you want to export the results of, and then click Export to a PST file.

You need to use Microsoft Edge.  I have tried using Chrome, and M365 Compliance Center properly worked in Edge.

All of the above are correct, however unless your account is also member of the 'eDiscovery Manager' group you will not be able to export the email to PST.
