I was successful in extracting the Physical dump using the MR tool (Article), the issue that remains largely at hand is the encryption. Due to the encryption introduced by Android (OS 6.0 and above), despite extracting out the physical dump, the data remains encrypted. The next step that is needed now is the successful decryption of these dumps?
Is there any open-source tool to decrypt such types of Encrypted binaries?

Not quite. You can't really decrypt that outside the phone. What you need to do, is to make an already decrypted extraction. MR won't help you with that, commercial tools have that option, but it also depends on the device and not everything is supported.
