Try to catch Micromen on BBC4, the early eighties battle between Sinclair and Acorn for the new home PC market. So many memories came flooding back. I never did save enough to buy the 48K Oric-1, and now they are £5 on E-bay!

Managed to record this last night - looking forward to it!

I know that Nick Furneaux had an Oric-1 but I'm fairly sure he's upgraded since then 😉

There was another program on around the same time about a family going back to the 80s and only using tech from that decade (video recorders, BBC micro, Game & Watch etc.) - very entertaining!

They also had the C5 on but it didn't go down any better now than it did then. I wonder if he ever tried to sell it in the Netherlands, I have a feeling it might have been better received if it had been allowed on the cycle paths…

Got round to watching this last night - absolutely superb! Of course, it begs the question, if you were going to make a real life drama about the computer forensics industry who/what would you choose as the subject matter?!!
