What are Prerequisites for a "Forensic Analyst" Internationally to appear as forensic expert in court of law? please guide

Hi @ahsan,
    With respect to the cyber security and mitigation measures there is no p[articular guide lines for all the countries. Though many countries courts do ask for
1.    a valid licensed tools for analysis part.
2.    Investigator should be well acquainted and proficient enough to answer the counter questions.
3.    The basic criteria for submitting the evidence in the court should be met down.
