I notice that the header of the document says "Judiciary of England and Wales". And there are no references to Scotland in the document

As I'm somewhere north of Hadrian's Wall, does anyone know if there's anything newer or more specific than can be found here http//www.legislation.gov.uk/asp/2010/13/part/6/enacted ?

Trewmte - I was aware of the Coulsfield Review, which is where searches based on your England & Wales stuff took me originally and from there to the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010, specifically Part 6.

Was wondering if anyone in Scotland had anything else specific to Scotland (e.g. a Scottish version of the Computer Misuse Act 1990) but will keep my eye on the Scottish Parliament site.
