Hi all,
In MS Windows after a file is downloaded in IE you get the message ' Running Security Scan'. Does anyone know if this is logged and if it is where?Â

It probably depends on whatever tool you have installed that performs that scan. It might also depend on what Windows release, and perhaps even how you have configured the web browser. And if you're part of a domain or not.Â
Check the AV tool documentation, talk to the manufacturer's support people or check their support groups. For Microsoft Defender, there's documentation -- google for 'Microsoft Defender SmartScreen' for example.
Alternatively, say what Widows version, and what AV tool it is, and someone here may know better.
