Can I ask a question if UFED for PC capable to extract data from USB Device forensically sound? because it is included in their main menu.

with caveats yes. (Select Mass Storage and then 'Mass Storage Device USB Drive'. It should capture it as an E01 file).
Caveats being you use their provided write blocker or ensure your machines USBs are correctly write blocked but to air on the side of caution I would use a certified write blocker.
