USB mounts in Big Sur?

Hi,

    This isn't for work, this is for my personal needs. I need to look for USB/external hard drive mounts going back more than a week, so the log files are no longer available. Might I be able to find something in Terminal? Also, I used USBMSC to look through the log files when they were still there and couldn't find anything even though I know there was at least one USB mount, so it's inaccurate. Is there any way to get more accurate data on USB mounts?
