I am looking for a source that I can download active viruses and malware for testing for forensics purposes.
Short of surfing around on an unprotected computer trying to get infected, any ideas on a repository of viruses and malware?

offensivecomputing.net is the best source I've found, other than standing up a nepenthes box, honeynet or malware collection system.

Larry, a little late in seeing this post, but if you are still looking, I was at a malware class at sans in vegas a couple of weeks ago and have some files from a disc they gave us. I can email or send them to you. Shoot me an email offline, [email protected] if you are still looking.
