Do any standard International Cyber Crime law exist?
How cybercriminals are prosecuted internationally, if the victim and suspect are from different countries? Â

There needs to be law enforcement cooperation between the countries. Typically country "A" law enforcement contacts country "B" law enforcement and asks for assistance. Country "B" then assists or it doesn't.
