Did you know that Amped DVRConv is the easiest way to convert unplayable video files? Videos from proprietary CCTV/DVR systems, dashcams, body worn cameras, and any other video source can now be converted without effort. With Amped DVRConv, you just drag, drop, and you’re done. This is an ideal tool for technicians tasked with converting a great number of surveillance videos in various proprietary formats, speeding up the triage in cases such as major investigations.

Amped Software continually works diligently to ensure we convert the largest amount of video formats in the market so that our users can view those videos that are essential pieces of evidence for investigations. With the latest update, we’ve added more new formats and introduced H.264 quality settings.

H.264 Quality

The following quality settings were enabled within DVRConv for exporting H.264 video through the video writer:

Default = Good quality, high compatibility, low file size
High = High quality, high compatibility, medium file size
Visually Lossless = Best quality, high compatibility, high file size

To choose the quality settings for H.264, simply access the program options from the DVRConv interface and select your preferred option.
