The Role
This position involves responding to cybersecurity incidents alongside a DFIR team, conducting digital forensic analysis, malware analysis, and log review. The responder maintains and updates incident response playbooks, prepares stakeholder reports, performs threat and vulnerability assessments, and stays current with emerging threat actor TTPs.
Skills & Experience
Candidates should hold at least five years of incident response or digital forensics experience, supported by a relevant degree or diploma. Proficiency with tools such as Magnet AXIOM, EnCase, X-Ways, FTK, or Autopsy is required. Certifications including GIAC GCFA, GCFE, or GCIH are expected, and SOC experience is advantageous.
