The Role

This position involves leading and building a DFIR team, conducting forensic investigations and incident response engagements, and presenting findings using specialist visualisation tools. The role also encompasses advising clients on countermeasures, supporting workshops, risk analyses, audits, and participating in client events and industry forums, with on-call duties included.

Skills & Experience

Candidates should hold a degree in computer science, IT security, or equivalent. Hands-on experience with forensic tools such as X-Ways Forensics, Magnet AXIOM, Cellebrite, FTK Imager, Velociraptor, and THOR is expected, alongside familiarity with EDR platforms including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and CrowdStrike Falcon, plus knowledge of reverse engineering, networking, and common operating systems.
