The Role

This hybrid management position leads a team of digital forensics and incident response analysts operating within a 24×7 on-call model. Day to day, the role involves overseeing service delivery during significant cyber events such as ransomware and malware attacks, managing client relationships, and ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.

Candidates must demonstrate hands-on technical expertise in cyber incident response and digital forensics, alongside proven experience managing and mentoring specialist teams. Strong stakeholder management is essential, including the ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, executive-level communications that articulate business risk and recommended remediation actions.
