The Role
This position leads end-to-end digital forensic investigations and eDiscovery activities within an Insider Risk Management function, supporting incident response, litigation, regulatory matters, and employee investigations. The investigator engages daily with senior stakeholders across Legal, HR, Compliance, and Cyber Security, communicating complex technical findings clearly and defensibly.
Skills & Experience
Candidates require demonstrated expertise in digital forensics, eDiscovery, and insider risk investigation methodologies. A strong understanding of evidence handling, chain of custody, and regulatory defensibility is essential. Experience operating within financial services or other highly regulated environments, alongside relevant industry certifications in cybersecurity or forensics, is expected at this level.
