The Role

Day to day, the role involves identifying, acquiring and examining digital evidence from complex technical environments, contributing to a data-driven investigative process, and documenting findings formally through official reports for use in criminal proceedings.
Skills & Experience
Candidates should bring solid knowledge of networks, cloud storage, data systems and communications technology. Familiarity with advanced forensic methods and emerging areas such as cryptocurrency and the dark web is expected. Strong written communication skills and the ability to advise non-technical colleagues on evidential significance are also required.
