Senior Consultant Digital Forensics & Incident Response – Forensics

The Role

This position involves investigating cyber incidents across endpoint, network, and log environments, conducting digital forensic examinations, analysing system artefacts, and building timeline reconstructions. The consultant also supports live-response engagements, assists with containment measures, examines suspicious files, and contributes to incident response workshops and cyber resilience assessments.

Skills & Experience

Candidates bring two to four years of experience in digital forensics, incident response, or IT security analysis. Strong knowledge of operating system forensics, IT infrastructure, and networking is required, with cloud environment experience desirable. Professional proficiency in both German and English at C1 level or above is essential.
