Digital Forensic Examiner

The Role

This position involves conducting forensic examinations of mobile devices, computers, and digital storage media to support criminal investigations. Examiners acquire and analyse electronic evidence, preview devices on-scene, collect data from video recording systems, prepare detailed reports, and provide expert witness testimony in court proceedings.

Skills & Experience

Candidates require proven hands-on experience in digital forensic examination, including device identification, collection, preservation, acquisition, and analysis. Familiarity with forensic best practices, on-scene triage procedures, and the preparation of evidence for both investigative and prosecution purposes is essential.
