The Role

This position centres on conducting digital forensic investigations across endpoints, cloud platforms, and enterprise environments, then presenting those findings in legal proceedings. Day to day, the work spans authoring expert reports, supporting litigation counsel on technical strategy, and delivering sworn testimony in depositions, arbitrations, and trials.

Skills & Experience

Candidates must bring proven courtroom testimony experience, including class action matters, alongside strong report writing skills covering expert reports, rebuttals, and declarations. Familiarity with Daubert and related evidentiary standards is essential, as is hands-on forensic experience covering insider threats, unauthorised access, incident response, and data exposure investigations.
