Digital Forensic Examiner

This full-time role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and at least eight years of digital forensics experience. Day to day, the examiner conducts forensic examinations of digital devices and media, analyses large and complex datasets, and identifies artefacts, steganography and encryption techniques. Standard tooling includes Cellebrite, EnCase, Axiom, XRY, FTK and X-Ways. Findings are documented in technical reports and communicated to stakeholders. The role also draws on electronic engineering skills — schematic interpretation, RF communications, benchtop lab equipment — and ideally familiarity with CELLEX, DOMEX and MEDEX forensics, IED/UAS electronics, and EOD collaboration. Up to 25% CONUS travel is expected, with potential for six-month global deployments. Best suited to experienced forensic examiners with a defence or national security background.
