The Role
This position involves the collection, analysis, and lawful destruction of digital evidence across a wide range of cases. Day-to-day responsibilities include forensic data acquisitions, producing technical reports, and providing expert testimony. Travel is required for onsite examinations, trial support, and conference presentations at least ten times annually.
Skills & Experience
Candidates should have hands-on experience with forensic tools including X-Ways, FTK, Autopsy, TSK, EnCase, and Cellebrite, alongside proficiency across Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile, and tablet platforms. Strong knowledge of chain of custody, evidence preservation, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to varied audiences is essential.
