The Role
This hybrid management position leads a team of digital forensics and incident response analysts operating within a 24×7 on-call model. Day to day, the role involves overseeing service delivery during significant cyber events such as ransomware and malware attacks, managing client relationships, and ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
