Cyber Operations Analyst

The Role

The analyst works within a digital investigations team tackling national security, law enforcement, and public-interest missions. Day-to-day work includes acquiring and examining digital evidence, conducting OSINT analysis, performing investigative data fusion, analysing adversary activity, and supporting operational cyber and counterintelligence investigations.

Skills & Experience

Candidates should bring expertise across digital forensics (endpoints, mobile, network, cloud), open-source intelligence, investigative data analytics, and malicious activity analysis. Familiarity with cryptocurrency tracing, dark web sources, AI-enabled investigative tools, and the ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences is valued.

This role suits a technically versatile investigator who enjoys ambiguous, high-stakes problems and is comfortable operating across forensics, intelligence, and data analytics disciplines. A background supporting government, law enforcement, or national security missions, along with the ability to hold a security clearance, would be advantageous.
