Forensic Software Engineer

The Role

The role centres on advanced forensic analysis of mobile devices and associated technologies, supporting law enforcement and national security operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include examining digital artefacts, performing secure application analysis, conducting reverse engineering, and contributing to the development of forensic tools, methodologies, and technical documentation.

Skills & Experience

Candidates must hold a relevant technical degree and at least five years of digital forensics or forensic software engineering experience. Key skills include mobile forensics on Android and iOS, reverse engineering, vulnerability research, and scripting for forensic automation. An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility is mandatory.
