The Role

This position leads delivery of digital forensics and eDiscovery engagements for law firm and corporate clients, spanning data collections, forensic analysis, chain-of-custody documentation, evidence handling, expert reporting, and expert witness testimony. The role also carries responsibility for business development and managing the US and Mexico forensics team across a global portfolio.

Skills & Experience

Candidates must bring hands-on expertise with industry-standard forensics tools and workflows, deep knowledge of the digital forensics lifecycle, and experience producing affidavits, declarations, and expert witness testimony. Strong project management, client-facing skills, and familiarity with international markets and litigation support are essential.
