Detego partners with IACIS to deliver industry-leading digital forensics training

Detego, the world leader in rapid forensic extraction, triage and analysis, has announced a partnership with the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS), the providers of globally acclaimed digital forensics training and certifications.

The partnership will see Detego delivering a fully-certified digital forensics course at IACIS’ specialized training event at the Caribe Royale, Orlando from April 25 – May 6, 2022. The course will detail how Detego’s digital investigation tools can be used, both at labs as well as in the field to carry out rapid, forensically sound, data extractions.

Detego’s training will also cover the different data acquisition types and how the solution’s key analytical features can be used to uncover hidden links between devices, cases and suspects, and gather court-ready evidence.

Sharing his thoughts on the partnership, Detego’s Business Development Director for North America, C.J Hamidi, said: “We are really proud to partner with IACIS, an organization that has been synonymous with quality computer forensic training for over three decades. This partnership showcases our commitment to providing users with market leading tools as well as the knowledge and insights to carry out world-class investigations.”

IACIS’ Orlando event is set to be its biggest specialized training program to date, and is expected to include an extensive range of courses which cover elements of both computer forensic theory and practical exercises.
