The Role

This position involves leading and supporting incident response engagements following cyber-attacks, primarily ransomware events. Day to day includes collecting forensic artifacts, analysing host and appliance logs, identifying indicators of compromise, and applying remediation strategies, with up to 25% travel to client sites at short notice.

Skills & Experience

Candidates require strong hands-on experience in Windows forensics, triage methodologies, and log analysis. Familiarity with standard forensic collection tools, malware analysis techniques, and IOC identification is essential. Fluency in both German and English is required to engage effectively with clients, legal counsel, and insurance partners.
