The Role
This position supports a federal cyber defence programme, conducting Tier 2 and Tier 3 digital forensics and incident response investigations both remotely and on-site. Day-to-day work involves responding to cyber incidents, performing proactive threat hunting, and analysing host-based, cloud-based, and network-based environments to assess and resolve breaches.
Skills & Experience
Candidates require demonstrable expertise in digital forensics and incident response at an advanced level, with practical experience across host, network, and cloud analysis. Familiarity with threat hunting methodologies and the ability to diagnose breach severity in complex environments are essential to performing effectively in this role.
